I’m Belinda: a writer, marketer and creative – and this is my corner of the internet where I share my work.
My writing has been published in newspapers, magazines and online, including the Sunday Times, Glamour, GQ, Fairlady magazine and Fast Company, among others. I’ve written extensively on travel, health, food, finance & entrepreneurship – but I’m comfortable writing on a variety of topics, for a broad range of industries.
I co-founded digital marketing agency Black Mountain in South Africa and am currently running my consulting business in Europe – working with local and international clients to help them share their stories with the world. I also train others in communications and am currently a part-time journalism tutor with the SA Writers College.
Earlier in my career I worked in book publishing in both London and South Africa for Penguin, Harlequin and children’s publisher Walker Books. I also wrote an award-winning parenting & lifestyle blog from 2010-2017, working with brands such as Lego, Mattel, Ford, Unilever and Converse.
